At BeConnected Institute, we believe genuine connection is the foundational factor for human flourishing and sustainable high performance. We are a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to redefining leadership through Relational Intelligence (RI). Our work transforms cultures from environments of stress and silos into spaces of psychological safety, co-creation, and deep trust. We are here to bring connection to the places of pain within your organisation and your life.

Led by the vision and extensive scientific expertise of Founder Dr. Adriana Candeias, PhD, and collaborating with a global network of experts in business, healthcare, and communication, our methodology is rigorously evidence-based and actionable. We leverage insights from neuropsychology, human performance, and integrative well-being to provide leaders and teams with clear frameworks for transformation. This approach emphasises self-awareness, shared responsibility, and ethical considerations as the basis for high performance.

We provide tailored training, executive coaching, and consultancy services designed to enhance leadership, communication, and overall well-being whilst honoring individual talents and contributions. Our signature programmes include Mastering Connection rapport training for professionals, OneTeam Immersions for team cohesion, Leadership Skills for managers and WOMAN OF ME - leadership mentoring for females at work and in life.
We stress that a better world is possible through the daily creation of genuine and healthy relationships.

We are your trusted partner in turning workplace disconnection into a catalyst for innovation and care. If your organisation is ready to invest in its human capacity and lead with profound purpose, contact us today to schedule a strategic consultation. Let's partner up and create a better world, one connection at a time.
