Andrew Gaines

Andrew Gaines is a seasoned Program Manager in Enterprise Risk Management at BECU, specializing in the Integrated Risk Management Platform, where responsibilities include managing a team to enhance risk management tools and developing strategic roadmaps for user adoption and experience improvements. With a diverse background in music and literature, Andrew has independently produced and released multiple albums with the musical groups Martingale and Seacastle, as well as published a debut novel, NeuTraffic. Prior experience at Avanade involved managing global customer satisfaction and sales operations programs, with expertise in data management and vendor procurement.
