Ashley Meredith

Ashley Meredith is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at BECU since February 2014. Over the years, Ashley has held various roles at BECU, including Learning and Development Consultant, Learning And Development Specialist, Regional Support Lead, and Member Consultant. Prior to this, Ashley gained management experience as Front Of House Manager at Zappone's Italian Bistro LLC and Aramark, alongside a role as Sales Lead at Bath & Body Works. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Western Governors University between September 2020 and August 2022.
