Brian Lowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile product ownership and workforce management. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Product Owner at BECU since October 2017, Brian has also held roles such as Workforce Planning Manager in the Mortgage Division and received the 2020 BECU Member Hero Award. Prior to BECU, Brian spent nearly two decades at Bank of America, holding various leadership positions within Retail Workforce Management, including VP and Group Operations Manager. While at Bank of America, Brian successfully managed employee scheduling, project initiatives, and operational strategies, receiving multiple awards for outstanding performance.
