Chris "Aquaman" Carver, LTA, currently serves as an Advisor for Lex Duo since March 2025 and as a Senior Talent Sourcer at BECU from April 2023. Prior experiences include a role as Sourcer at Wayne Technologies from October 2021 to February 2023, where expertise in sourcing for various sectors was developed. Chris also has experience as a Sourcer at Galecki Search Associates and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Peak Living, LLC, where project-based recruiting transitioned to full-cycle recruiting. Additionally, Chris has held a position as HR Assistant at Cinnamon Hills Youth Crisis Center. Chris holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Southern Utah University. Public speaking engagements include multiple conferences and webinars from 2022 to 2023.
