Debbie McLeod is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in retail delivery and municipal banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Retail Delivery at BECU since September 2019, Debbie leads the Retail Delivery Division, focusing on enhancing the member experience for 1.4 million members. Prior roles include Executive Vice President positions at Opus Bank and Cascade Bank, where responsibilities encompassed sales performance, customer service, and retail branch management across the Pacific Northwest. Debbie’s career also includes significant leadership roles at Bank of America, where success in sales management and operations was achieved. An alumnus of the Pacific Coast Banking School and Pacific Lutheran University, Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
