Donna Davis

Donna Davis, M. Ed., is a seasoned change and project implementation leader who currently serves as a Senior Change Manager at BECU. With extensive experience in change management consulting, Davis has held significant positions at organizations such as the Gates Foundation, Microsoft, and the City of Seattle, where they have driven user adoption and developed innovative strategies for technology transformations. They have also provided strategic leadership at various companies, enhancing operational efficiencies and improving employee engagement through effective change management practices. Davis is pursuing a Master's in Education with a focus on Adult Learning Theory at Western Washington University, complementing their Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism from the same institution.
