Doug Mathieu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in value stream management, IT process improvement, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Value Stream Architect at BECU since March 2018, Doug has been instrumental in implementing value stream management practices and improving software delivery efficiency.
