Eric Gauthier, CSPO, currently serves as a ServiceNow Operations Engineer and Product Owner at BECU since March 2006, with a focus on defining product strategy, facilitating user story development, and managing vendor relationships. Previously, Eric held various positions within BECU, including Senior Systems Engineer and Senior Technical Analyst, ensuring system reliability and overseeing IT operations. Eric has also contributed to the LGBTQ+ community as President Emeritus of Seattle Out & Proud and as Alternate Regional Director for InterPride. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
