Joel Ballezza is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Brand Strategy Manager at BECU since April 2016, Joel leads brand research programs, supports creative production, and develops marketing strategies that enhance member engagement and drive credit union membership. Previous roles include Brand Strategy Manager and Supervisor of Content Marketing Strategy at BECU, as well as positions at Expedia, Redfin, and Brooks Sports, where Joel focused on digital marketing and social media management. Joel is also the founder of The Wild Ones Films, producing films centered on outdoor adventure and nature. Holding a Master’s degree in Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Purchase College, Joel's diverse experience spans non-profits, digital agencies, and corporate marketing environments.
