John Harshman Ms

John Harshman MS, CEP, currently serves as Manager of Lending Solutions at BECU since September 2016, with previous roles at the same company including Manager, Technical Support Analyst, and Contact Center Supervisor. Prior to BECU, John held the position of Health and Wellness Director at North Spokane YMCA from July 2009 to September 2016, overseeing operations for a department that served over 15,000 members. John's early career includes time as a Therapeutic and Exercise Rehabilitation Program Assistant at Lane Community College from 2005 to 2007 and as an Intern/Mission Staff at Young Life, where responsibilities included developing and leading ministries at local schools from September 2001 to May 2005. John holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Washington University (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from George Fox University (1997-2000).
