Katie Mitchell

Katie Mitchell, PMP, serves as the Director of Business Operations in the Office of the CTO at BECU since May 2019, overseeing the Technology Division with a focus on communication, organizational change management, learning and development, and business operations. Previously, Katie held multiple roles at Verizon from July 1997 to March 2019, including Senior Manager, Technology Strategic Support, and Project Manager for National Customer Service Technology Operations, leading significant initiatives in project and operations management. Educationally, Katie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, and an Associate's Degree in Business from Bellevue College.
