Kyle Schnell

Kyle Schnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting, program management, and leadership across various organizations. At BECU, Kyle has progressed through multiple roles since October 2006, currently serving as Sr Recruiting & Programs Manager, focusing on the scalability and sustainability of hiring initiatives. Prior roles at BECU include Manager of Recruiting & Programs and Sr./Lead Recruiting Consultant, where responsibilities included overseeing full-cycle recruiting processes. In addition, Kyle serves in the US Air Force Reserve as Flight Chief (E-8) and Unit Deployment Manager, leading sections of Airmen to ensure mobility readiness. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Green River College and King County Veterans Advisory Board, as well as managerial positions at Wells Fargo and Safeway. Kyle attended Olympic College from 1999 to 2000.
