Laura Pentz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member services and program management. Currently serving as a Member Consultant - Digital Advisor at BECU since January 2018, Laura has consistently met goals and supported team members while delivering high-quality member experiences. Prior roles include Employment Services Manager at Mary's Place, where Laura expanded external partnerships significantly, and Project Manager for a successful fundraising gala at Seattle Central College, generating record-breaking revenue. With a background in development and community engagement at United Way organizations, Laura has demonstrated strong relationship-building, project management, and communication skills throughout a diverse career that includes educational roles and AmeriCorps service.
