Leslie Hill

Leslie Hill is an accomplished professional in enterprise program product management and agile transformation, currently employed at BECU since June 2025. Leslie has a robust track record, previously serving as the Head of Agile Transformation at CoBank, where oversight of the Project-to-Product Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation was critical, and prior to that, as SVP at City National Bank, leading a significant agile transformation initiative. With extensive experience at American Express as an Enterprise Agility Transformation Coach and a Product Management Leader at Capital One, Leslie has consistently focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving measurable results through Lean Portfolio Management and agile methodologies. An educational background includes multiple degrees in Business Administration from Golden Gate University and Bethany College of the Assemblies of God.
