Mark Cooke, CISSP-ISSMP, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and controls across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Controls at BECU, Mark oversees cybersecurity governance and risk assessment initiatives. Previous roles include Cyber Security Manager at Jack Henry & Associates, where security policies were managed, and Vice President of System/Data Security at Bank of America, focusing on information security assessments according to established frameworks. Mark's background also includes a significant tenure in the United States Air Force, where leadership roles encompassed information security, IT management, and strategic capabilities development. Mark holds a B.S. in Computer Science & Management from Park University and has completed graduate-level studies at the Air Command and Staff College.
