Michael Ham is an experienced operations engineer with a strong background in systems engineering and IT management. Currently serving as a Staff Operations Engineer at BECU since September 2017, Michael focuses on batch automation and operational improvements across a large number of servers. Previous roles at BECU include contributions as a Senior Systems Engineer in Service Reliability and as an escalation point for tier 3 online banking support. Prior experience at Colliers International involved managing Sitecore and SharePoint environments, while earlier positions included system administration at Intel and as a systems engineer at Adapx. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and has an Associate's Degree from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom.
