Michael Ham is an experienced operations engineer with a strong background in systems engineering and IT management. Currently serving as a Staff Operations Engineer at BECU since September 2017, Michael focuses on batch automation and operational improvements across a large number of servers. Previous roles at BECU include contributions as a Senior Systems Engineer in Service Reliability and as an escalation point for tier 3 online banking support.
