Peter Steele

Peter Steele is an experienced professional currently serving as the Enterprise Strategy Director at BECU since December 2022. Previously, Peter held various roles at McKinsey & Company from August 2017 to the present, including Associate and Engagement Manager, and also worked as a Summer Associate in 2016. Peter's early career included an internship with Impact Hub Network in 2015, where involvement contributed to the launch of a co-working space in Kigali, Rwanda. From 2006 to 2013, Peter served in the US Navy, achieving roles such as Training Liaison Officer, Joint Visitors' Bureau Chief, Assistant Officer in Charge, and Division Officer aboard USS Germantown. Academically, Peter holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, among other degrees including a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts from the U.S. Naval War College.
