Rick Rasmussen has extensive experience in product strategy and loyalty marketing, currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy at BECU since 2019, where responsibilities include developing credit card and loyalty product strategies and driving growth through acquisition and engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Rick held several leadership positions at Alaska Airlines from 2005 to 2018, including Director of Loyalty Marketing and Director of Affinity Card Programs, where strategic management led to industry recognition for the Mileage Plan program. Earlier experience at Delta Air Lines involved launching co-branded credit cards internationally and expanding the SkyMiles program in global markets. Rick holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and multiple degrees in International Studies from various institutions.
