Stephanie Monger

Stephanie Monger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, customer service, and team development. Currently serving as Branch Manager at BECU since March 2021, Stephanie has successfully driven membership and loan growth while enhancing employee performance through coaching and mentoring. Prior roles at BECU include Member Consultant Lead and Member Consultant II, where Stephanie excelled in resolving complex member issues and building strong member relationships. Previous experience includes positions in property management, travel counseling, event coordination, and educational services. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Public Relations from Eastern Washington University.
