Steve Schuh

Steve Schuh has extensive experience in talent development and member consulting, currently serving in these roles at BECU since June 2017. Prior to this, Schuh held various positions at Vancity Credit Union from November 1997 to April 2011, including Team Manager and Business Analyst, with a focus on project coordination for a 200-seat contact center and managing member-facing teams. Schuh's earlier career includes serving as a Senior Lending Representative at Blaze Credit Union from 1994 to 1997 and working in fundraising development at Regent College from 1990 to 1993. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master of Christian Studies focused on Theology and Culture from Regent College.
