Susan Taylor

Susan Taylor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the People Business Partner Director at BECU since February 2018, where leadership in human resources and people strategy is provided to support the organization's transformation and talent development goals. Previously, Susan held the position of Human Resources Business Partner, assisting corporate divisions in understanding their operational needs. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Sinclair Broadcast Group, where guidance was offered to multiple business units and involvement in union negotiations occurred, as well as roles at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region, Brass Key, Inc., and Acosta Sales & Marketing. Academic credentials include a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from Central Washington University, and a DTA in Business Administration from Pierce College.
