Tisha Held

Tisha Held, MBA, currently serves as the Philanthropy and BECU Foundation Manager at BECU, a position held since June 2016, where responsibilities include managing community partnerships, implementing strategic philanthropic initiatives, and overseeing grant-making efforts. Tisha is also a selected participant in the Leadership Tomorrow Class of 2022, a program focused on developing civic leaders and addressing community inequities. Previous roles include Internal Auditor at Washington Federal, Financial Examiner for the Division of Credit Unions at the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, and various positions in mortgage funding and compliance. Tisha holds an MBA in Accounting from Grand Canyon University and a BA in Paralegal Studies with a concentration in Business from Virginia Intermont College.
