Ty Wilbur

Ty Wilbur is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and management. Currently serving as Senior Service Level Manager at BECU since October 2016, Ty oversees ITIL processes related to Problem, Change, and Incident management. Prior to this role, Ty was the Director of IT Infrastructure at Cordant Health Solutions, leading a team responsible for critical IT functions across multiple laboratories. Earlier roles include positions as Sr. Systems Administrator at ManTech, Systems Administrator at Tech Projects and NewTec, and Supervisor of Data Processing and Operations at PhotoWorks, along with foundational experience as a Computer Communications Systems Operator in the United States Air Force. Ty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
