Wesley Cramer

Wesley Cramer is an experienced professional in product and member analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at BECU since July 2015. In this role, Wesley leads two teams focused on delivering reporting, forecasting, and analytic insights for the Consumer & Business Services division. Wesley has previously held positions such as Manager of Product & Member Analytics and Enterprise Risk Manager, where responsibilities included designing and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management framework and overseeing risk reporting to executive management. Prior to BECU, Wesley worked at The Home Depot and held various analytical roles at BECU. Academic credentials include an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business, a BA in Economics from Michigan State University, and multiple certificates in Information Security & Risk Management and Tableau Data Visualization from the University of Washington.
