Mark Hume

Mark Hume is currently the Service Delivery Duty Manager at Bede Gaming since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mark has held various positions such as Senior Application Specialist at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Senior Applications & System Engineer at Northumbria Police, and Application Support Analyst at NHS South of Tyne and Wear. Mark has a background in providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents, and ensuring the efficient administration of clinical and business applications. Mark has experience in monitoring and managing ICT infrastructure to meet service level agreements and customer needs. Additionally, Mark has experience in training staff and providing quality support services in various organizations.
