Bedenk is an innovation agency specializing in employee-driven innovation.
We help organizations in Europe to become more creative and innovative.
This way they can create a future that benefits people, planet and profit.

Since the beginning of the innovation explosion, the changes in our society and our companies follow each other in rapid succession. To remain relevant, organizations must be able to respond to these new circumstances faster and faster.

Unfortunately, most organizations are not yet prepared for this and are struggling with this acceleration of innovation. Medium and large companies in particular suffer from rigidity and must constantly struggle to avoid getting bogged down in unwieldy structures.

We believe that for most of the challenges organizations struggle with, the expertise is available internally. It's just that it is not always used to its full potential. That is why we help organizations to reinvent themselves again and again.

We do this by means of:
- Inspiring keynotes
- Facilitating innovation processes (from brainstorms to boot camps)
- Training of innovation skills
- Anchoring a sustainable innovation culture
