Jo James

Jo James has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Jo began their career as an HR Analyst at Ford Motor Company in 2011, followed by a role as Brand & Marketing Manager at Lorfords in 2012. In 2018, they took on the role of Founder & Creative Director at Bedfolk, where they are on a mission to help people wind down well. During their time at Lorfords, they supported the growth of turnover by 400%, and built the team from scratch, creating roles and recruiting a team of 24.

Jo James obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Warwick between 2006 and 2009. Jo then attended KLC School of Design to pursue Interior Design, and obtained a Diploma in Interior Design from the same institution.
