Our borough is buzzing with raw talent and untapped potential. But too many local people are still held back by barriers and a lack of opportunity. That’s why we’ve come together to form Bedford Giving. 

Who are we?

We’re a network of people and partners from across Bedford, united with a single goal - to inspire and empower the next generation to realise their true potential. 

We’re here to:

Speak up and shout out for Bedford’s residents, using our independent voice to raise awareness of the things that matter to our children and young people.  

Mobilise our collective resources - people, money, ideas and time – for the benefit of our next generation.

Make a difference to young people’s lives by identifying and delivering breakthrough projects with lasting impact. 

Our founding partners are The Harpur Trust, bpha, The Connolly Foundation, the Gale Family Charity Trust, Lousada Plc, The Panacea Society, St John's Hospital Trust and The Worshipful Company of Founders and we are looking forward to growing our network of supporters, volunteers and champions.
