Bedrock Psychology specialises in the use of Schema Therapy to change enduring patterns of unhelpful behaviour and resolve chronic emotional problems, with a focus on enhancing people's capacity to have their needs met. We provide services to individuals who are struggling with psychosocial functioning, including those involved in the criminal justice system. Using an integrative approach, our psychologists also have expertise in treating problem behaviour, conducting risk assessment, providing expert witness testimony, and writing reports for the Courts.
