Ronan Lauden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ronan is currently working as the Head of Quality and Customer Support at Bedrock since January 2020, where they manage various teams responsible for quality management, incident management, bug hunting, and documentation. Prior to that, they held various roles at M6 WEB, including Responsable Qualité, TRA & Service Clients / 6Play from November 2016 to January 2020, Contract Manager TMA & PMO from March 2014 to November 2016, Responsable Projets, PMO from January 2010 to March 2014, Responsable d'exploitation from January 2007 to December 2010, and Chef de projet DT from April 2001 to December 2006. Ronan also worked as a Chef de projet at Dorotech from October 1997 to March 2001.

Ronan Lauden obtained a DUT degree in Informatique from IUT de Vannes, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Ronan later pursued a Licence-Maitrise degree in Informatique from IFSIC - Université de Rennes I, from 1994 to 1996.
