Addofio Addo has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various industries. Addofio is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Bedrock Detroit since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Manager for Grammy-Nominated Producer Nana Kwabena from April 2018 onwards. In this role, Addofio enhanced all aspects of artists' careers, participated in strategic planning sessions, and negotiated contracts and fees.

Before that, Addofio worked as the Executive Director at All One Blood from April 2018 to November 2020. Addofio excelled in new business development and secured a $50k grant through a strategic partnership.

From 2014 to 2018, Addofio worked at DIRECTV as a Senior Specialist in Project Management. Addofio drove client roster expansion and developed communication strategies.

In 2010, Addofio held the position of Urban Marketing Manager at EMI Music, where they exceeded targets on worldwide artist releases and developed global marketing strategies.

Lastly, in 2009, Addofio started their career as an Urban Marketing Intern at Capitol Records, where they provided constructive feedback for artists and performed tasks under senior V.P, V.

Addofio Addo attended Kean University from 2006 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
