Mark Luckhardt

Mark Luckhardt serves as the Senior Vice President of Land Development at Bedrock Detroit since March 2022. Previously, Mark held the positions of Director of Sustainability & Infrastructure and Associate Director of Infrastructure Delivery at Sidewalk Labs from September 2018 to February 2022. Prior to that, Mark was a Senior Project Manager at Five Point Holdings, LLC, overseeing the significant Land Development project at Candlestick Point/Hunters Point Shipyard. Mark also served as a Project Manager at Lennar, managing Land Development for Phase 2 of the same redevelopment project. Earlier experience includes Project Manager roles at Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. and Long Way Home, as well as an Engineering Intern position at the City of Golden Valley. Mark co-founded University Landscaping and Concrete and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from the University of Minnesota.
