Tom Talbot

Tom Talbot is an experienced operations manager with a solid background in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the UK Operations Manager for Beds and Bars Group since January 2023, Tom previously held the role of Product Director and new site lead at Livelyhood Pub Group from October 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included food and drink development. Prior to that, Tom worked at Novus Leisure as Director of Operations from March 2011 to August 2019. Earlier experiences also include the role of Operations Manager at Lewis & Clarke from February 2008 to March 2011, where Tom advanced from Operations Manager to General Manager.
