We specialize in distributed hospitality and draw on over ten years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the management of short-term rentals. In recent years, we have hosted more than 100,000 guests across five Italian cities, achieving an average guest satisfaction rating of 9/10!

Our idea was born from the unfortunate shortage—both in quantity and quality—of housing options for students and young professionals. The current housing landscape for these groups is, to say the least, modest: they are often forced to “settle” for outdated, poorly furnished, and poorly connected accommodations.

For this reason, we decided to offer a professional and well-structured service to those looking for temporary accommodation in Padua. We lease apartments or large spaces (typically former office buildings now vacant) under long-term contracts, transform them into co-living solutions, and manage them by renting individual rooms to students and young professionals.

All our rooms are brand new, located in strategic areas of the city, and equipped with all modern comforts.

Our formula is flexible!

We understand that the financial resources of students and their families must be carefully managed during the costly university or working period. That is why we require only one month’s security deposit.

Moreover, we know how much flexibility is needed during this stage of life. For this reason, tenants can terminate their contract with just one month’s notice, with no penalties.

We also pay special attention to Erasmus students, who need reassurance as they prepare to begin their international experience. Thanks to clear photo shoots, fast communication via WhatsApp, and Skype video calls, they can choose their accommodation before arriving in Padua, even for stays of just a few months.
