Joe Melo possesses extensive experience in operations management within the facilities maintenance industry. With a tenure at Bee Clean Building Maintenance since July 2015 as Director of Operations/Special Services, Joe has previously held similar leadership roles at Empire Maintenance Industries and Nova Services Group. At Empire Maintenance Industries, Joe served as Director of Operations/Special Services from July 2010 to January 2013, and at Nova Services Group, the role of Operations Manager was held from April 2007 to July 2010. Earlier in their career, Joe was also an Operations Manager at Omni Facility Services from August 2001 to March 2007, highlighting a consistent focus on operational excellence and service delivery throughout Joe's professional journey.
