As Director of Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility at Bee’ah, Firas Wahbeh is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans and advertising campaigns based on yearly business objectives. He is in charge of mentoring and developing a team of young individuals across different specialties such as Branding, Public Relations, Digital Media, CSR and Education. Wahbeh also manages and looks after relationships with strategic partners to develop brand-building collaborations. He must also oversee corporate communication activities in order to build and protect the corporate profile of the organization.
Prior to Bee’ah, Firas was the Group Account Director at TBWA/RAAD, Dubai, an award-winning international communications agency from 2012 to 2013. There he was responsible for leading a portfolio of accounts that included major regional and global brands such as Dubai Festivals & Retail Establishment, the Royal Opera House of Muscat, Henkel and others.
From 2011 -2007 Wahbeh was a part of BPG, Dubai, where he worked his way up from Senior Account Director to Regional Account Director. His contribution to campaigns that played a part in positively shaping socio-political events in the region was highly appreciated.
Firas graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration after which he completed a one year of Fine Arts from Florida Atlantic University in the USA. In the midst of his high power career, Firas took a year off from 2012 – 2011 to pursue a Certification in Digital Marketing from NYU which focuses on digital strategy and mobile marketing.
