Fred Damerow

Fred Damerow is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Real Estate at BEEAH Group in the United Arab Emirates. With three decades of expertise in project management and development, Fred has successfully delivered over 10 million square feet of prestigious projects, including mixed-use developments and sustainable office concepts. Previously, Fred held senior management roles at GKK Ingenieurgesellschaft für Hochbau mbH, Drees & Sommer, and Arabian Global Investments, where they demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex projects and empower teams. Fred holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Technische Universität Dresden.
