Carly Snow, MSW, LSW, has a diverse background in social work and aquatic leadership. Currently serving as a School Social Worker at Beech Brook since November 2025, Carly provides counseling support through individualized and group interventions, employing crisis intervention and risk assessments to connect clients with essential community resources. Previous experiences include roles as an AmeriCorps Member at SurvivorLink and Public Health AmeriCorps, and a Social Work Trainee at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Carly has also held positions as an Aquatics Supervisor at Camp Ho Mita Koda Foundation, Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Cleveland, and Lifeguard Supervisor at Pioneer Waterland & Dry Fun. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University with a focus on mental health for adults and a Bachelor of Social Work from Chatham University.
