Jon Penfold

Jon Penfold is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and venture capital. They served as the Managing Director of Total Capital Finance at RBS from 2006 to 2009 and have held senior positions at Big Society Capital and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they led significant equity initiatives. Currently, Jon is the Director Business Portfolio Manager at UCLB, focusing on bringing transformative technologies to market, and also runs Penfold Consulting, providing training for finance professionals. They have also contributed to Beechbrook Capital and Less Is More Capital Ltd, both of which emphasize social impact and innovative investments. Jon earned a degree in Economics and Econometrics from Liverpool University.
