Cody Elder

Cody Elder is an experienced professional in land development, currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Beedie since June 2021, after progressing from Development Manager within the same company. Prior to Beedie, Cody held the role of Development Services Project Supervisor at the City of Surrey from March 2013 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Arden Consulting Engineers Ltd. from July 2005 to February 2013. Cody holds a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a Dogwood Diploma from Garibaldi Secondary School, earned from 1998 to 2003.
