Mark Leather is a seasoned CFO with over 25 years of senior finance experience in corporate finance functions, particularly within Private Equity and publicly traded companies. They are bilingual in Spanish and English, a UK qualified chartered accountant, and have a distinguished career that includes roles at PwC and Flowserve Corporation, as well as serving as CFO at Terratest Group. Currently, Mark serves as the interim Chief Financial Officer at BeeDIGITAL. They possess extensive expertise in M&A, strategic planning, and regulatory reporting, and have a proven track record in enhancing business performance through financial management and process re-engineering. Mark holds a degree in Business Studies and Finance from City, University of London.
