Vice President Marketing at Beeflow

AJ Bernstein has over 13 years of experience in the marketing industry. AJ began their career in 2007 as a Brand Marketing Intern at ConAgra Foods. In 2009, they moved to Pharmavite as an Associate Brand Manager for Nature Made Vitamins, where they developed a website from scratch and directed a 360-degree marketing campaign. In 2011, they took on a role as Brand Manager at Campbell Soup Company's C-Fresh Division, where they were promoted to Director of Marketing for the Garden Fresh Business Unit within a year. In the same year, they also became a Brand Manager at Prestige Brands, Inc., where they grew revenue through the launch of a children's health product and led $20M national influencer advertising campaigns. In 2015, they joined Bonduelle Fresh Americas as a Marketing Director for New Platforms and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing after 14 months. In 2019, they became Vice President of Marketing at Bolthouse Farms and was responsible for creating growth strategies for a $770M plant-based product portfolio. AJ was then hired in 2021 as Vice President of Marketing at Beeflow, where they produced a brand documentary in partnership with BBC Storyworks, architected a go-to-market strategy, built a marketing tech stack, and developed a trade show approach.

AJ Bernstein received a BBA in Marketing from McKendree University. AJ then went on to pursue an MBA from the Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa, which they are currently enrolled in. AJ Bernstein is also planning to pursue a Master's degree in Data Analytics & Visualization from the Maryland Institute College of Art, starting in 2023.
