Felipe Cresciulo

Felipe Cresciulo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Country Manager at Beeflow since April 2025 and as a Strategic Advisor for startups and venture capital funds as an Independent Consultant since May 2024. Previously, Felipe held the position of Director of New Business at eureciclo from May 2023 to May 2024, where leadership focused on M&A growth strategies and international expansion within the LATAM recycling sector. From October 2021 to April 2023, Felipe co-founded and served as CEO of MONÍ, a fintech marketplace designed to promote sustainable homeownership. Felipe also worked as a Senior Investment Officer at IDB Lab from October 2018 to September 2021, overseeing a $60M venture capital portfolio and targeting impactful early-stage startups in Brazil. Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and completed continuing studies at Stanford University in innovation management and digital marketing.
