Lucía Petrelli

Lucía Petrelli has a wide range of work experience. Lucía began their career in 2012 as an Intern at Intuic, where they held the roles of Community Manager and Research & Social Media Intern. In 2014, they joined Rodati as an HR Generalist and Talent Management Intern. Lucía was promoted to Head of Talent Management in the same year. In 2016, they became a Talent Management Consultant for Freelance, and joined Tiendanube as People Operations & Experience Manager, Global People Operations & Analytics Specialist, People Operations Specialist, and Talent Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Director of People at Beeflow, where their primary objectives are safety of the team, development of the team, and development of the People department.

Lucía Petrelli obtained their Licentiate degree in Public Relations from the Universidad del Salvador between 2011 and 2014. Lucía also obtained a certification in Data Analytics from Coderhouse in April 2021.
