Rufayda Dhamani

Rufayda Dhamani is an Operations Manager at Beeflow, where Rufayda transitioned into the role and manages US operations, providing pollination services to customers. Prior to this, Rufayda worked as a Field Operations Lead, focusing on building sustainable and science-based pollination services. Rufayda has experience as an Agronomist, working on pollinating various crops and conducting research. Rufayda has also interned at University of California, Davis in different roles related to agricultural research and has a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems. Rufayda has a background in lab research, seed production, conservation agriculture research, and sustainable agriculture practices.
