Jack Patterson

Jack Patterson has over 10 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Jack began their career in 2008 as a Barista at Cal Java Coffee Roasters. In 2010, they worked as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's. In 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bank of Marin. In 2013, they worked as an Account Manager at STQRY. In 2015, they began working at Vendini (now AudienceView) as a Manager of the Professional Services Team, a Senior Onboarding Coordinator, and a Regional Account Executive. In 2019, they became the Manager of the Solutions Expert Team at AudienceView, where they directed 3 teams ensuring client success across multiple facets of customer success. In 2020, they began working at HHAeXchange as a Client Success Manager and a Senior Implementation Specialist. Currently, they are a Senior Strategic Customers Manager at BEE Content Design.

Jack Patterson received their Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Chico in 2009. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they are due to receive a Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in December 2022.
