John White is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various management roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Concept Chef and Partnership Operations Manager at José Andrés Group and Beefsteak since February 2018, John has previously held positions including Assistant General Manager at Uncle Julio's Corporation and General Manager at Sainta Anejo Cantina 120. Additionally, John has extensive experience as Culinary Director at Carrabba's Italian Grill and Kitchen Manager at Sammios Italian Restaurant, among other roles. John began a culinary career as a line cook at Red Lobster in 1998.
