Nitzan Birger has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. In 2009, they founded and served as the Owner and CEO of Birger farm, where they successfully grew olives, almonds, and wine grapes. They built a strong retail business with 35 B2B customers and managed various aspects including finance, budgeting, funding, planning, accounting, and taxes.
In 2016, Birger joined Fieldin, initially as a Customer Success Manager, where they established strong relationships with customers and implemented effective customer support practices. They also collaborated with Product and R&D teams to develop Fieldin's product based on customer feedback.
Later, Birger transitioned to the role of Director of Operations for the Israel market, where they achieved aggressive sales goals within one year. They also played a key role in establishing robust supply chain and field service methods in the US, Australia, and Israel, and built a Data Quality team to enhance customer satisfaction and support R&D efforts.
From 2019 until 2022, Birger served as the VP of Field Operations at Fieldin, where they were responsible for building and leading international teams in the US, Australia, and Israel. They successfully established departments such as Field Service, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Data Quality while continuously improving team structure, processes, stability, quality, and deliverables.
In 2022, Birger joined BeeHero as the Vice President of Operations, where they currently hold a leadership position.
Nitzan Birger completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology & Agriculture from Tel Hai from 2012 to 2014. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Agronomy and Crop Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
