Anjan Contractor

Anjan Contractor is the CEO and Co-Founder of BeeHex, LLC. Anjan was previously a Senior Engineer at Systems & Materials Research Corporation from March 2011 to June 2015, where they were the co-inventor of NASA's 3D Food Printer project for deep space missions. Prior to that, they were a Product Development Engineer at Lynntech, Inc. from June 2009 to March 2011, where they specialized in modeling and simulation in the product development cycle from concept to prototype. Anjan has also worked as an Engineer Scientist at TRI Austin from October 2007 to February 2009. Anjan is a successful technology proposal writer and has obtained seed funding for highly innovative technologies through various federal funding programs. Anjan is a regular user of ANSYS FLUENT, COMSOL Multiphysics, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and JMP.

Anjan Contractor graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Anjan then went on to get their MS in Materials Science and Engineering from the same school. After working in the industry for a few years, they decided to go back to school to get their MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
